Marc Enviro Services, Inc. has conducted AAI (previously called Phase I) and Phase II Assessments in most Midwestern, Southern, and Western states for both commercial and federal organizations. We have incorporated the AAI standards into our assessments.

All Appropriate Inquiry Environmental Site Assessment Process task list:

  1. Site and surrounding area reconnaissance with photos
  2. Review of city phone directories
  3. Review of city planning, city inspection permits, and county inspection records, interviews with operators, managers of building, and knowledgeable outside parties including: the fire department, county health, and adjacent neighbors
  4. Collection and review of aerial photos
  5. Review of hydrology and geology at site
  6. Review of leaking underground storage tank database information from state
  7. Review of specialized database reports required in the AAI process
  8. Summarize all findings, create report, offer opinions and recommendations

Phase II Investigation

Marc Enviro Services, Inc. uses geoprobe and traditional boring equipment to collect soil and groundwater samples. Marc Enviro Services, Inc. has Phase II assessment clients in both the commercial and federal sectors.

Projects:
Project 1. Allied Pacific Housing Advisors had this to say, "Marc Enviro Services, Inc. completed each of our tasks ahead of schedule and on budget. Furthermore, their personnel conducted the work in a professional manner and met all of our expectations." The task was mainly comprised of performing a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment at a 256 unit apartment complex in Bellevue, NE.

Project 2. The GSA's Heartland Region hired Marc Enviro Services, Inc. to conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments on over fifty federal buildings within a four state area. The photo below is the Old Post Office in St. Louis, MO, which Marc Enviro Services, Inc. evaluated.
