Mold
Many molds have been identified as allergenic, pathogenic, and toxigenic. If properly removed mold does not pose a threat to inhabitants. ETAL, LLC uses a hand held moisture detector to aid in determining sources of mold. ETAL, LLC also uses negative air machines while performing mold remediation to ensure containment of mold. Clean areas are isolated from impacted areas to control risks. We follow IICRC S520 (Standard Reference Guide for Professional Mold Remediation) to ensure a standardized regime is used in the abatement process.

Lead
Lead poisoning in children six years and younger from leaded paint is a nationwide problem in the United States. Many windows and exterior surfaces are covered with deteriorated paint.
